Terms and Conditions

LaLuneVie is a curated blind box program designed for your inner witch, spiritualist, or curious new ager. Items may vary from customer to customer. All boxes are hand assembled in Canada. 

Boxes are purchased on a monthly or  yearly bases. Ship dates will be announced upon box launch. Items in box my vary in size, shape, and colour. Items are subject to change without notice.

Canadian shipping is included in the price of the box, international shipping may vary. International customers are subject to their own border customs laws and regulations. 

All shipping will include a Canada Post tracking number. Should you not receive your box, we ask you open an investigation with Canada Post first, and let us know of the investigation number. 

LaLuneVie is not responsible for damaged items in shipment, but we are always happy to discuss any concerns you have with your box. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns or questions.
